Volunteers

There is always a need for many adult volunteers to help organize and lead events. Please prayerfully consider signing up to help as an adult leader with a commitment to be someone we can count on to help provide ministry programs for our children.

Some examples of potential volunteer opportunities include: joining the Vacation Bible School Team, becoming a Children's Church volunteer, sharing stories with children during the Children's Moment at the 9:00 or 11:00 service, joining the Nursery Ministry Team, becoming a WNL TeamKid leader or helper (volunteers rotate on a weekly basis so enough people are available to fill each Wednesday of the month), teaching Sunday School or substituting.

Since one of our main priorities is the safety and protection of our children and we have in place a safe sanctuaries policy that requires completion of a volunteer application and consent for background check. All potential volunteers will be screened before being assigned to any children's program. We will work with you and help you complete each step in the process. You can also always contact us with any questions.

It is often true that those who give of their time and service are richly blessed. Such is often the case, when it comes to volunteering, here at our Children's Ministry.
